Buongiorno carissime Ricamatrici, oggi posso finalmente mostrarvi il mio terzo e ultimo schema che fa parte della mia serie dedicata all’amato romanzo di Charlotte Brontë, Jane Eyre, uno dei più belli mai scritti. Dopo aver dedicato uno schema a Jane e a una delle citazioni tratte dal libro, e un altro schema alla piccola Jane alla scuola di Lowood, ho voluto ritrarre Jane nel luogo dove il suo destino si compie, ovvero Thornfield Hall, la dimora di Mr. Rochester nella quale lei va a lavorare come istitutrice della piccola Adele.
I chose my beloved icy gray colors to evoke the place, immersed in the mist of the moors yet at the same time warm in the beige of the walls and the hearts of those who live there: loving yet hidden by the ice.
Ho scelto i miei amati colori grigio-ghiaccio per evocare il luogo immerso nella foschia delle brughiere ma al contempo caldo nei beige delle mura e del cuore di chi lo abita: amorevole seppur nascosto dal ghiaccio.
I love Jane dearly, and I hope you enjoy this third and final pattern and that it reminds you of the settings and a hint of the beauty of the novel and the movies based on it.
