Dear Stitchers,
I’m ready to show you other three new patterns, designed for this Christmas time and for this magical winter. Two more others will arrive soon, I only need to finish the last seams, and wait for the loooong delivery of one of the small patterns that has been framed.
The first set of patterns that I present to you features my beloved little animals, but this time the scarlet winter berries are the real protagonists. Under branches of red berries and elegant wreaths, the little animals stand motionless and listen to the soft rustle of falling snow.

sono pronta a mostrarvi altri tre nuovi schemi, disegnati per questo periodo natalizio e per questo magico inverno. Altri due arriveranno al più presto, giusto il tempo di rifinire le ultime cuciture, e attendere la luuuunga consegna di uno dei piccoli ricami incorniciato.
Il primo set di schemi che vi presento riprende i miei amatissimi piccoli animali, ma questa volta sono le bacche scarlatte dell’inverno ad essere le vere protagoniste. Sotto rami di bacche rosse ed eleganti ghirlande, gli animaletti restano immobili e ascoltano il soffice fruscio della neve che cade.
A blackbird is about to taste a juicy berry, a small white bird mingles with the snow and will soon peck a delicious berry, and a very sweet hare watches enchanted a snowflake falls, which will land right on its little nose. Finally, a large snowflake has let itself be captured by a red ribbon and now decorates the branches of the forest.
This set is the first of two, the second is equally special, and I’m sure you will feel its sweetness…
Un merlo sta per assaggiare una succosa bacca, un piccolo uccellino bianco si confonde con la neve e a breve beccherà una golosa bacca, e un dolcissimo leprotto osserva incantato il cadere di un fiocco di neve, che si poserà proprio sul suo nasino. Infine, un grande fiocco di neve si è lasciato catturare da un nastrino rosso e ora decora i rami del bosco.
Questo set è il primo di due, il secondo è altrettanto speciale, e sono sicura che ne sentirete la dolcezza…
To my great joy, my series dedicated to bookmarks continues, and it will be more and more full of joyful little animals that will keep your reading company during all seasons of the year. Following the Bee and the Little Autumn Fox, come the Little Winter Cardinal and, of course – the constant symbol of The Little Stitcher – the Little Winter Robin.
Prosegue con mia grande gioia la mia serie dedicata ai segnalibri, che saranno sempre di più e sempre più pieni di gioiosi animaletti che terranno compagnia alle vostre letture durante tutte le stagioni dell’anno. A seguire l’Ape e la Piccola Volpe d’Autunno, arrivano il Piccolo Cardinale Rosso d’Inverno e, naturalmente – simbolo costante di The Little Stitcher – il Piccolo Pettirosso d’Inverno.
The red cardinal loves being among the branches of conifers, with their dark green needles. With his chirping she teaches the alphabet and keeps track of the most special books. With its ornament you can decorate the Christmas Tree or your home during the cold and snowy winter months.
Il cardinale rosso ama molto stare fra i rami di conifere, con i loro aghi color verde scuro. Con il suo cinguettio insegna l’alfabeto e tiene il segno ai libri più speciali.
Con l’ornament invece potrete addobbare l’Albero di Natale oppure la vostra casa durante i freddi e nevosi mesi invernali.
The little robin, on the other hand, prefers to blend in among the wild rose branches, with their orange-red berries, and literally immerse himself in the pages of the most beautiful stories. Even with its ornament you can decorate the Christmas Tree or your home during the winter months.
Il piccolo pettirosso invece preferisce mimetizzarsi fra i rami di rosa canina, con le loro bacche arancio-rosse, e immergendosi letteralmente fra le pagine dei racconti più belli.
Anche con il suo ornament potete decorare l’Albero di Natale oppure la casa durante i mesi invernali.
Since I’m literally surrounded by all these ornaments and bookmarks, I can tell you that they are really a feast for the eyes, with their warm and lively colors.
For the first time I also used raw linen, and I must say that I love its effect very much, so I will use it again and it will be a constant for many upcoming patterns.
Dal momento che sono circondata da tutti questi ornament e segnalibri, vi posso dire che sono davvero una gioia per gli occhi, con i loro colori caldi e vivaci.
Per la prima volta ho anche utilizzato il lino grezzo, e devo dire che amo moltissimo il suo effetto, per cui lo utilizzerò ancora e sarà una costante per molti prossimi schemi.
