So I thought I wanted to do it too, creating something unique for this purpose.
Yesterday would have been my first day of rest after so much work, but it has become a day of more intense work than ever, because I wanted to create this design, stitch and publish it as soon as possible.
This is my contribution to the cause, a small but very sweet pattern, which I hope will help animals in difficulty.
Since I do not want that the money that will be raised with this pattern reach me, acting as an intermediary – I would not really have time to manage further orders and the respective donations – I decided to open an independent fundraiser.
This raising, therefore, is based on trust but also on the freedom to give what everyone can and wants to give spontaneously.
The “Little Koala” pattern is immediately downloadable at the link below, but please I ask you to make a small donation in return, so that our contributions go where they are needed.
Just a few dollars or euro are enough, what everyone wants or can give, at your discretion.
And if you cannot give anything, but you want to download the pattern, it’s okay too, but please make sure that this fundraiser is known by more people, sharing it and spreading the word, or by stitching the “Little Koala” and letting it travel far.

In questi giorni mi è capitato di far scorrere le fotografie di Instagram e di rimanere incantata dalle artiste e creative che stanno realizzando pezzi unici da vendere per devolvere il ricavato ai milioni di animali australiani in difficoltà. Mettere la propria creatività al servizio di una buona causa è sempre una cosa bellissima.
Così ho pensato che avrei voluto farlo anche io, creando qualcosa di unico con questo scopo.
Ieri sarebbe stato il mio primo giorno di riposo dopo tanto lavoro, ma è diventato un giorno di lavoro più intenso che mai, perché ho voluto creare questo disegno, ricamarlo e pubblicarlo il prima possibile.
Questo è il mio contributo alla causa, uno schema piccino ma molto dolce, che spero possa aiutare gli animali in difficoltà.
Dal momento che non desidero che i soldi che verranno raccolti con questo schema arrivino a me, facendo da tramite – non avrei davvero il tempo di gestire ulteriori ordini e le rispettive donazioni - ho deciso di aprire una raccolta fondi indipendente.
Questa raccolta, pertanto, è basata sulla fiducia ma anche sulla libertà di dare ciò che ognuna/o può e vuole dare, spontaneamente.
Lo schema “Little Koala” è subito scaricabile al link qui sotto, ma chiedo per favore di fare una piccola donazione in cambio, così che i nostri contributi arrivino laddove ce n’è bisogno.
Bastano anche pochi dollari o euro, ciò che ognuna vuole o può dare, a propria discrezione.
E se non potete dare nulla, ma volete comunque scaricare lo schema va bene lo stesso, ma fate in modo che questa raccolta venga conosciuta da più persone, condividendola e spargendo la voce, ovvero ricamando il Little Koala e facendolo viaggiare lontano.
Spero che vorrete dare una mano e contribuire a questa causa, anche attraverso altri mezzi, oppure altre associazioni affidabili diverse da questa (Wires) che ho scelto io.
